:BuckleyGrayYeoman has completed works on the major upgrade and repositioning of Commodity Quay, St Katharine Docks. The refurbishment forms part of the overall renovation of Central London’s only marina. The existing commercial space has been transformed through a programme of renovation and refurbishment, providing 130,000 sq ft of office space and incorporating a dramatic double-height entrance space linking the front and back entrances. The development has restored Commodity Quay’s identity within the dock by adding a layer of texture and materiality common to traditional wharf buildings. The completed project is positioned within a prime location adjacent to Tower Bridge, providing a beautiful place to work in a unique marina setting. Additional images available
