|:||The façade draws its inspiration from the candle-making history of the local area. The distinctive elongated and triangular elements are intended to resemble aspects of the candle-creation process in which wax is heated in a dipping container. The precast panels were specially developed for the building and contain a quartz aggregate, designed to give a shimmering effect to the façade. The office space, which fronts directly on to Kensington Church Street, is served by bike storage and shower facilities at basement level. The residential apartments, which occupy the second to fifth floors, are wrapped by floor-to-ceiling openable windows, with interiors finished in white-washed oak. A rooftop terrace is accessed from one of the two lateral apartments, while the two duplex apartments each open on to balcony spaces.|
