|:||Villa in the Palms is built in a neo-tropical style - sleek and modern, while at the same time exhibiting great warmth through its use of natural elements, such as exposed stone and wood. Glass, steel, cement, laterite stone, marble and 100-year-old seasoned teak wood form the main elements of construction. Twenty towering coconut palms thrived for decades on the land, so instead of cutting them down to build the villa, Mr. Abraham decided to build the villa around the palms. The villa is entirely sustainable and eco-friendly. It is one of the first homes in Goa to be fully automated – a “smart home” with themed lighting at the touch of a button.|
